Black, White and Blooming All Over!

It's a great day for another giveaway at Club Scrap! Today's treat is the Bold Blooms Club Stamp Kit with the project. Yay! Just leave a comment below to enter your name in the random drawing. (This kit is no longer available online. Just sayin'.)

December in Wisconsin tends to be a wee bit chilly, so maybe it's time we re-live a little bit of the August blooms.

It's a perfect Operation Write Home formula for 'ya, and designed to accomodate the sweet images from Bold Bloom's Art Nouveau Unmounted Sheet. It's the bee's knees!!!

Here's what you'll need:
(4) 8.5x11 Plains (four colors)
12" Paper Trimmer
Adhesive
Bold Bloom Art Nouveau Unmounted Sheet
CS® White Pigment Ink
CS® India Black Ink
Colored Markers

(For Paper A & B, I used black and white plain.)
Trim 8.5x11 Paper A and B horizontally at 5.5". Cut one 5.5x8.5 horizontally at 7.75 and 4". Trim the 4x5.5 horizontally at 4.75, 3 and 1.75". Cut one 1.75x4 horizontally at 2". Trim the 3.75x5.5 horizontally at 4, 3 and 1.5". Trim one 1.5x3.75 horizontally at 1.75". Score the 5.5x8.5 horizontally at 4.25" and fold in half to create the card base.

(For Paper C & D, I used Bold Blooms Red and Orange)
Cut 8.5x11 Paper C and D horizontally at 10.75 and 5.5". Trim the 5.25x8.5 horizontally at 8 and 4". Score and fold the 5.5x8.5 horizontally at 4.25".

Once all of the pieces are prepared, simply interchange the pieces, stamp, and assemble with your favorite adhesive.

I love how these images look stamped in white ink on black paper.

Hope you like!
Tricia
