Best of 2012

Happy New Year!!!

Our little blog began on May 15, 2012, and we are so honored and blessed to already have a loyal following of readers...thank you for hanging out with us! There's a lot of great content in the posts from the last 7-1/2 months, and you'll be happy to know that we have a bunch of really fun stuff planned for 2013.

I thought it would be appropriate to kick off the new year looking back at the most popular blog posts of 2012...

Assembly Line Cardmaking and Tricia's ALCM instructions for Operation Write Home's card sketches definitely stole the number one spot for popularity. With many scrapbookers looking for even more ways to use and enjoy their stash of supplies, Tricia's efficient, clear and concise cutting diagrams makes card-making super easy...even for the newbie. Here are a few links to check out if you missed 'em the first time:

Card Sketch #24
OWH Sketch #90 had babies!
Let's Make Some Hero Mail!
Santa's Belt Gift Card Holder

Posts with technique videos easily took second place. It seems most of us are looking to learn and grow in our craft, and Tricia's videos are just the ticket. Did you know that you can subscribe to Club Scrap's YouTube channel? Simply click HERE to see all of our videos, past and present. If you like what you see,  click the "Subscribe" button at the top of the screen...that way you won't miss a thing! Here are a few of our most popular technique video posts:

For the Love of Leaves
Bold Bloomin' Poppies!
Serenity Shutter Box Project Video

Finally, posts with new paper-crafting projects, gift ideas and new techniques were definitely near the top of the list. The Four-Part Birdie Stencil was a huge hit, as well as Guest Blogger Julie's Floral Canvas Project.

I hope you enjoyed this review of some of our best posts of 2012. We are very excited for what the coming year brings...we can't wait to grow with you and inspire you even more in 2013!

Creatively yours,

  4. I have used the Let's Make Some Hero Mail one at least 3 times. Matrix, DIC, and Navajo on the respective times. I love the yield and I use a PP for the bigger blocks and it just Pops wonderfully.
