Pattern Basics, Projects and a Spoiler

I managed to carve out some creative time this weekend so that I could play with the new Pattern Basics papers. Yummy stuff!

I had additional incentive to make the "Art on a String" and "Photokeeper" projects, since I'll be teaching those workshops this weekend at the Minnesota Scrapbook Expo. Nothing worse than trying to teach something I haven't made since February, right? (We pack up and leave for the show on Thursday.)

Pastels used for the "Photokeeper" and Brights for the "Art on a String" Project

I'm so thrilled with how they turned out! And for those of you participating in the PSL Summer Camp, I just happened to sneak a stamped image from the UM sheet into the mix. Didjya see it? Mmmmmm. Yummy.

I know our Summer Camp project cabins are busy creating beautiful stuff. If you have these kits, be sure to give 'em a try!

Hope to see you in Minnesota!

  1. These are precious. Love the paper

  2. Tricia, these pattern basic papers are just so wonderful! Love them all. Your spoiler pic... exciting stuff! Can't wait to get my hands on the summer camp set!! And good luck with the workshops and the EXPO.

    1. Thanks, Julie! Looking forward to another great show!

  3. Terrific Tricia - love what you do!

  4. I'll have to pay close attention to the Club Scrap Shoppe so I can grab those UMs if/when they become available to the general population. ;)

  5. Absolutely lovely new colors! I love the pastels. And I remember those projects, they look FAB in these colors, Tricia. Have fun at the Scrapbook Expo!

  6. I got to see these projects in person, beautiful! Love the Pattern Basics with our Components Project Kits! Also very excited about the PSL UM stamp sheet, that collection is coming along nicely too!

  7. Oh, yay! A "Bugs" remix, perhaps?! That was one of my very most favorite kits. And I love the projects done with the pastel and bright papers. I knew I should have ordered 2 of each instead of just one.

  8. Yay!! the dragonfly is there - can't wait!!

  9. They are so pretty and can be used for everything
