Remembering the August Retreat

I’m a very lucky guy.

This past weekend, I was in Wisconsin for Club Scrap’s Annual August Retreat. I got to spend some time with my Club Scrap family, visit with friends that I hadn’t seen since last year, and meet some new friends who were at Retreat for the very first time.

There was a bit of excitement on Thursday, as the hotel finally got power back just before noon, and we got through Pro-Shop set-up and Registration just fine. During the weekend there were lots of laughs, quite a few drinks, much talking, and almost endless crafting (including some really cool Retreat projects this year!). I think it’s safe to say, we all had a blast! And best of all, I get to go back in October and do it all over again!!! How cool is that?!?!?

During the weekend, I had my photo taken a number of times, but one photo stands out as being extra-special, so I used it to create a digital layout using last year’s retreat kit - sorry, no spoilers from me!!
2 of my favorite ladies & me!

See, I told you I was a lucky guy!

And while we’re (sort of) talking about digital kits, don’t forget that ALL Digital Kits through 2012 are on sale right now, so head on over to the Digital Store and pick up a few. You won't be sorry!

That’s it for this week, I’ll see you here next Thursday!
