Oopsie Daisy Birthday Bonanza

Between friends and family, I have just a few (ahem--make that ten!) birthday cards I need to send in the month of July. Needless to say, my stash of birthday cards is severely depleted. So yesterday I took some time to make some birthday cards using my Oopsie Daisy Greetings to Go. I have a lot more to go, but hey, it's a start.

I totally copied Tricia's idea from page 3 of the G2G instructions.

This sentiment makes me giggle.

This one, too!

I love that splatter stamp, and the caterpillar is SO cute!

The white pen is perfect for highlighting. Covers a multitude of sins.

I separated the "HAPPY" from "Anniversary" (Greeting UM) to stretch my creative options.
I can't wait to get back to the basement and make more birthday cards. Oh, and speaking of birthday cards, lookie what I got:

I host the monthly Birthday Card Club Swap, and since my birthday was July 6, I got to open over 20 cards from my creative CS friends. Score! If you'd like a birthday card haul similar to mine above, just join the swap each month. Then, when your birthday rolls around you could be basking in birthday hugs, too!

Creatively yours,

  1. I fell out of the swap - I need to get back in!!! Beautiful cards you made and beautiful cards you recieved!!

    1. We'd love to have you back in the swap any time, Carolyn!

  2. OH Karen, your cards are gorgeous. The distressing on the first card makes it looks so soft and the white pen on the daisy card is wonderful. Love how it makes the petals pop!

  3. Great cards, Karen! Such a good idea to separate the Happy Anniversary stamp. And I think the splatter stamp will be used a lot on my cards. Love the look!

  4. Karen, I love all your cards and especially love the splatter stamp. Isn't it fun to get so many cards on your Birthday? I don't understand why more people don't sign up for this fun swap!

  5. I really enjoy being in the birthday card swap! It's a good fun thing, thanks Karen. Great cards too!

  6. love you cards, the first one like it is stamped on canvas

  7. Crossing my fingers that some of these lovely things will be available in the ProShop in August!

  8. I am going to open my huge pile of swap cards this Saturday on my birthday! I highly recommend joining the swap!
